SC DOW CLASS MARKET SRL, operator of the www.dowclassmarket.ro platform, supplier of garage doors and automation solutions. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products and Availability

All products displayed on the website are subject to stock availability. DC MARKET reserves the right to change prices and specifications without prior notice.

3. Orders and Contract

An order becomes firm after its confirmation by DC MARKET via email or phone. DC MARKET may refuse an order if the product is no longer available or if there are indications of fraud.

4. Prices and VAT

All prices are expressed in lei (RON) and include VAT (19%), unless otherwise specified. Shipping and installation costs are communicated separately.

5. Payment

We accept: bank transfer, online card payment, and cash. Failure to pay within the agreed terms may lead to order cancellation and retention of the advance payment as damages.

6. Delivery and Installation

Delivery times are indicative. DC MARKET is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or external factors. Details in Payment and Shipping.

7. Warranty

Products benefit from a commercial warranty in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications (minimum 24 months for consumers). The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect use or unauthorized installation.

8. Liability

DC MARKET's maximum liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not responsible for indirect damages or loss of profit.

9. Intellectual Property

The content of the website is the property of DC MARKET and is protected by copyright law. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.
