Payment and Shipping

Payment Methods

DC MARKET accepts the following payment methods:

• Bank transfer — based on the proforma invoice issued after order confirmation
• Online card payment — through our secure payment processor (SSL)
• Cash — at our office or upon delivery (for orders under 5,000 RON)

For custom orders, a 50% advance payment is required upon order confirmation, with the remaining balance to be paid before delivery.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery Areas

We deliver throughout Romania. Shipping costs are calculated based on distance, product dimensions, and weight, and are communicated in the personalized offer.

Delivery Times

• In-stock products: 3–5 working days from payment confirmation
• Custom-made products (special dimensions, custom RAL): 4–6 weeks

You will be notified via SMS or email with delivery details at least 24 hours before arrival.

Installation

We offer complete installation services throughout Romania, performed by certified technicians. The installation cost is included in the personalized offer, depending on the complexity of the work.

Inspection upon Delivery

Upon receiving the product, please check the integrity of the packaging and the product in the presence of the courier. Any damage must be noted on the shipping document and communicated to contact@dowclassmarket.ro within a maximum of 24 hours of receipt.
