Right of return
In accordance with Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 regarding consumer rights, you have the right to return purchased products within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, without needing to justify your decision.
Please note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized products (special dimensions, custom RAL colors) or to products that have already been assembled or used, in accordance with Art. 16 of OUG 34/2014.
Conditions for return
- The product must be unused and unassembled
- The original packaging must be intact
- All accessories and documents (invoice, warranty certificate) must be included
- The product must not show damage caused by the customer
Return procedure
Step 1 — Notify us
Send a return request to contact@dowclassmarket.ro or call 0741 117 722, specifying the order number and reason for return.
Step 2 — Receive confirmation
Our team will confirm the request within a maximum of 2 business days and provide you with shipping instructions.
Step 3 — Return the product
The product will be picked up from your address by a courier approved by DC MARKET. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or different from the one ordered.
Step 4 — Refund of the amount
After receiving and checking the product, the amount paid will be refunded within a maximum of 14 calendar days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Defective products
If you have received a defective product or one different from your order, please contact us immediately at contact@dowclassmarket.ro. We will cover the shipping costs and resolve the situation through replacement or full refund.
