How the Ordering Process Works
At DC MARKET, ordering a garage door is simple and transparent. Follow the steps below to get the right product for your needs.
Step 1 — Choose your product
Browse our catalog and select the appropriate door type: sectional for domestic use, industrial, or automatic. You can filter by brand, size, or operating system.
Step 2 — Request a quote
Fill out the Request a Quote form or contact us directly:

Let us know the opening dimensions, garage type, and any special requirements (automation, thermal insulation, RAL color).
Step 3 — Receive your quote
A DC MARKET consultant will contact you within a maximum of 24 hours with a detailed offer: product price, including transport and installation.
Step 4 — Confirm and pay the advance
Accept the offer and make the advance payment (50%) by bank transfer or card. The order becomes firm upon receipt of the advance payment.
Step 5 — Delivery and installation
The product is delivered and installed by our team of specialists. Estimated times:
- In-stock products: 3–5 business days
- Custom-made products (special dimensions, RAL): 4–6 weeks
Step 6 — Warranty and service
Each product comes with a commercial warranty according to the manufacturer's specifications, plus access to DC MARKET service and original parts.
