Where are they used

Villas and residential complexes

Remote-controlled main access gates for residents.

Corporate offices

Card access control, license plate recognition, and event log.

Industrial halls

Heavy gates 2-4 tons with intensive use, integration with building security.

The choice of motor depends on the weight of the leaf, daily frequency, and type of rail. Standard residential applications use a 24V motor with a backup battery. Corporate offices require 230V with a rack. Industrial applications need heavy-duty motors. For areas with frost, the cantilever system eliminates the ground rail.

24V Residential Motors

Rack motor, including backup battery, remote control, and smartphone — the standard version for light residential gates.

  • For gate leaves up to 1,000 kg / 8 m
  • Operates during power outages (backup battery)
  • Adjustable speed

Recommended for: villas, individual houses, small residential complexes.

Commercial 230V Motors

Motor for intense cycles - corporate headquarters, large residential complexes, stores with controlled access.

  • For gate leaves 600-1,500 kg / up to 12 m
  • Soft start and stop
  • Access card or smartphone

Recommended for: corporate headquarters, large complexes, service access.

Heavy-duty industrial engines

For heavy industrial gates and very intense cycles – factories, logistics warehouses, truck terminals.

  • For leaves 1,500-4,000 kg / up to 25 m
  • Continuous operation
  • Maximum thermal resistance

Recommended for: factories, warehouses, distribution centers, truck terminals.

Self-supporting systems

No ground rail and no guide wheel in the driveway. For areas with frequent frost or where aesthetics are a priority.

  • Leaf length: up to 10 m
  • Leaf weight: up to 1,500 kg
  • No trench dug in the driveway

Recommended for: premium villas, residential complexes, mountainous areas with frost.
